     Just place an order over $100 of eligible products, excluding applicable taxes and special handling fees.

I live outside of the United States.  Can I still get FREE shipping?
     Currently our FREE shipping offer applies to delivery in the 48 continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska delivery do not qualify at this time.

My order is over 45 pounds will this affect FREE shipping?
     At this time we can only offer FREE shipping for orders totaling 45 pounds and under. If you qualify for FREE Ground shipping, but your order contains one or more ineligible items, you will be charged our standard shipping fee for the ineligible items.

Can I use a Gift Certificate with your FREE shipping offer?
     Sure, make sure you thank the person who gave you that gift certificate too!

What if I cancel some items and my order value becomes less than $100?
     You will not receive FREE Ground Shipping on an order if any eligible items are cancelled, bringing the total below $100.  Keep the totals up and enjoy FREE shipping!

Can I call in and still receive the FREE shipping offer?
     Based on our call volume, FREE shipping is only offered via ONLINE orders – our online shopping cart will be able to calculate your shipping discounts.

How long will you be offering FREE shipping?
     DriveWerks.com reserves the right to end or change this offer at any time.  Place your orders now, and enjoy the savings!
